Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of that period, so you keep what you have paid for until then.

What happens after the free trial?

After 14 days the workspace is suspended until you subscribe — nothing is deleted. Your data is kept, and everything is exactly as you left it the moment you pick a plan.

Do I pay anything now?

No. Nothing is charged on this page. Our team agrees the plan with you first and then sends the invoice.

Is my data secure?

Each tenant gets its own isolated database, no data is shared between workspaces, and all traffic is encrypted in transit (SSL). Backups run daily to offsite storage.

Can I import existing data?

Yes. BizConnect.id supports CSV/Excel imports for customers, items, invoices, and most other records.

Do you offer custom setups?

Enterprise plan includes a dedicated account manager who can help with configuration, training, and custom workflows.
