Billing
Billing is managed from My account on the GARP ERP portal, using the email address of the workspace owner. Payments are processed by Midtrans.
Billing cycle
You chose Monthly or Yearly at signup. The subscription runs in periods of that length from the day payment was confirmed. You can switch cycle when changing plan.
Yearly costs ten months. A year on any plan is priced at ten times its monthly price, so paying yearly is two months free. Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect at your next renewal.
Prices and PPN
Prices do not include PPN. The figures on the pricing page are net, and PPN at 11% is added at checkout — a plan listed at Rp 1.999.000 is charged at Rp 2.218.890. The amount Midtrans shows you before you confirm is always the final one, tax included.
Every invoice shows the split: the amount before tax, the PPN, and the total. The three always add up to exactly what was charged, so an invoice reconciles against your payment record to the rupiah.
If you need a faktur pajak for input VAT, contact support with the invoice concerned.
Paying
Midtrans checkout offers the methods enabled for GARP ERP — typically credit and debit cards, bank transfer by virtual account, and e-wallets or QRIS — and shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- Card and e-wallet payments settle immediately.
- A bank transfer stays Pending until the bank confirms it. Pending payments are checked against Midtrans every hour; one that is still unpaid after 24 hours is expired and you will need to start the payment again.
Invoices and receipts
Every successful payment is recorded as an invoice in My account, showing the workspace, plan, period and amount paid.
Renewal
At the end of a period the subscription renews for another period of the same length.
If a renewal payment fails or is not made:
- You receive a reminder, and the workspace normally stays active for a short grace period while the payment is outstanding.
- Reminders escalate — three stages, each more insistent — while the payment remains outstanding. If a payment fails you also receive a fresh payment link up to three times (roughly an hour, six hours and a day later); you need to open the link and pay, because no payment method is stored on your behalf.
- If the grace period ends with the payment still outstanding, the workspace is suspended: scheduled work stops until it is paid. Nothing is deleted. See Suspension and reactivation.
Paying at any point during the grace period clears the reminders and keeps the workspace active.
Changing plan
Upgrades apply once paid; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Details in Plans and limits.
Cancelling
Cancel from My account. The subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period: the workspace stays fully usable until then, is not renewed, and is then suspended. You can undo the cancellation any time before the period ends.
A cancelled workspace keeps its data for a retention period and can be reactivated during it; after that it is permanently deleted. See Suspension and reactivation. If you want it deleted sooner, export anything you need first (see Backups) and ask support — deletion is irreversible.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by support case by case. Contact Aiconec through the details on garp.aiconec.com with the workspace name and the invoice concerned.
