Modules

GARP ERP is a set of modules that share one database, one login and one set of masters: companies, customers, suppliers, items and employees. A delivery note posted in Inventory updates the customer's ledger in Accounting, appears in Insights and can be looked up by the AI assistant, without anything being exported or imported between them.

Most modules live in the desk at https://<workspace>.garp.aiconec.com/app. Each module has a workspace in the left sidebar, and each document type has a list view at /app/<doctype> (for example /app/sales-invoice). Press Cmd/Ctrl + K, or use Search at the top of the sidebar, and type a document or report name to jump straight to it. A few modules ship their own interface at a separate path, such as /crm or /helpdesk; they still use the same users, roles and data.

Availability depends on your plan

Which modules are switched on in your workspace depends on the plan you subscribed to. A plan defines the ERP modules it includes and whether AI features are enabled. If a module described here is missing from your sidebar, it is not part of your current plan. See Plans and limits for how to check and change it.

Which module do I need?

Before you start

Every module depends on a few shared masters. Complete the setup wizard on first login (company, currency, fiscal year and chart of accounts), then invite your team and assign roles. Each module page has a short setup checklist for what to create next.

tip

If you are new to GARP ERP, read Accounting and Sales and Purchasing first. Almost every other module ends in an invoice, so those two explain the pattern the rest follow.
