Licences and attribution
GARP ERP is not written from scratch. It is built on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext, both created and maintained by Frappe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., together with a number of other open-source applications. Aiconec has modified these projects — branding, theming, namespace renames and integration work — and hosts the result as a service.
GARP is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Frappe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. "Frappe" and "ERPNext" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the upstream projects.
Copyright
The upstream projects are copyright © Frappe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and their contributors; Healthcare, Hotel, Restaurant POS and the cloud-storage adapter are copyright of their respective authors, linked below. Aiconec holds the copyright in its own modifications. This page is what the Licences link in each application's About dialog or account menu points to.
No warranty
The open-source components are licensed without any warranty, to the extent permitted by law, except where your agreement with Aiconec provides one. The disclaimer in full is part of each licence text below. You may copy, modify and convey these components under the terms of their licences.
Source code
Where an application is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public Licence v3 (AGPL-3.0), section 13 of that licence entitles you — as someone interacting with the software over a network — to receive the Corresponding Source of the version running here. Aiconec publishes those modified versions on GitHub, and the links below are that offer. No charge, no account required.
The shared cloud at garp.aiconec.com runs the garp/saas branch of the CRM, Helpdesk, Insights, Drive and Gameplan forks — the upstream code plus GARP branding — and the default branch of the others. Dedicated deployments run each fork's default branch.
Applications under the GPL and the MIT Licence carry no equivalent network-source obligation — running a modified copy as a hosted service is not distribution under those licences — so their modified source is not published. Only the cloud-storage adapter is, and only because it already was.
