Create your workspace

A workspace is your own GARP ERP site: https://<workspace>.garp.aiconec.com. Creating one takes a few minutes at garp.aiconec.com/signup. You need an email address you can read right away and, unless the plan you choose offers a free trial, a way to pay.

1. Choose a plan

Pick a plan and a billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly). The plan sets which modules the workspace has, how many users and companies it can hold, how much storage it gets, and whether AI features are enabled. You can change plan later — see Plans and limits.

Some plans offer a free trial. A trial workspace is a full workspace; it is suspended when the trial ends unless you subscribe. See Suspension and reactivation.

2. Pick a subdomain

The subdomain becomes your permanent address, so choose it with care: it is what your team types every day and what appears in every email link.

Rules:

  • 3–32 characters
  • lowercase letters, digits and hyphens only
  • cannot start or end with a hyphen
  • some names are reserved (www, app, api, admin, mail, demo, docs, support, billing and a few others) and names beginning with assets, api, files, private, protected or socket are refused

The form checks availability as you type. A company name in lowercase with hyphens instead of spaces — pt-maju-jaya — is usually a good choice.

warning

The subdomain cannot be changed by you after the workspace is created. If you need a rename, contact support.

3. Enter the owner's details

The name, email address and phone number you enter belong to the workspace owner — the person who receives the login details, the invoices and the billing reminders. Use a mailbox that will still be read in a year, not a personal one that may leave with an employee.

4. Verify your email

A one-time code is sent to the address you entered. Enter it on the signup page to continue. The code expires after a short while; if it lapses, request a new one. Requests are rate-limited per address and per network, so if you keep asking for codes you may have to wait an hour.

5. Pay, or start the trial

Payment is handled by Midtrans, Indonesia's payment gateway. The checkout offers the methods enabled for GARP ERP — typically cards, bank transfer by virtual account, and e-wallets or QRIS — and shows the amount for the plan and cycle you chose.

  • Card or e-wallet — the payment settles immediately and provisioning starts at once.
  • Bank transfer — the workspace is created in Pending Payment state and provisioning starts when the transfer is confirmed. A transfer that is still unpaid after 24 hours expires; start over from the signup page if that happens.
  • Free trial — no payment; provisioning starts at once.

6. Wait for provisioning

Once payment is confirmed, your workspace is built in the background: a new site is created, the ERP and the modules in your plan are installed, and your plan's limits are applied. This normally takes a few minutes.

If you open https://<workspace>.garp.aiconec.com before it is ready you will see a "setting up your workspace" page that refreshes itself. That is expected. A plain "Workspace not found" page instead means the subdomain does not exist — check the spelling against the confirmation email.

When the workspace is ready you receive a welcome email with your login address and initial credentials. Provisioning is retried automatically if a step fails; if it cannot complete, Aiconec is alerted and will contact you.
